Try this first
- Too many emails? Turn off newsletters and keep your orders and vouchers.
- Worried about a saved card? Remove it in payment settings.
- Concerned about tracking? Change your cookie preferences.
What is deleted
- Your saved items, gifting calendar and browsing history
- Saved addresses and payment methods
- Unused vouchers and any remaining wallet balance
- Followed stores and your product reviews
What we must keep
- Order and invoice records, which Nigerian tax law requires us to keep
- Records of any open return, refund or dispute until it is resolved
